Accreditations

National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC)

The NICEIC Approved Contractor scheme is for electrical contractors undertaking design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations to BS 7671. As a member, Syscom Building Management are regularly assessed to ensure the work that we do is safe and installed to the highest industry standards.

Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA)

Syscom Building Management are a member of the Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA), which is affiliated to FETA. The BCIA’s central aim is to promote better understanding, application and use of building controls. FETA brings together a number of industry associations to foster discussion and increased understanding of the sector.

Constructionline member

Constructionline brings together a wide range of contractors, constructors and suppliers in to a single up-to-date resource for buyers. Syscom Building Management are a verified member of the organisation.

SafeContractor approved

As an accredited member of the SafeContractor scheme, Syscom Building Management are able to demonstrate its health and safety competency to new and existing clients while highlighting that we are meeting legal requirements before working on site.

Achilles member

Syscom are accredited members of Achilles Building Confidence which are a UK construction industry accreditation and risk management scheme. Achilles works to identify, assess, and monitor the supply chain of a range of enterprises with the aim of reducing the risk for buyers bidding for tenders and maintaining high industry standards.

The Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA)

Syscom Building Management are long time members of the official association of the BMS and BEMS industries, the BCIA, and as such have access to their training resources, networking events and conferences.
