1 King William Street sits in the heart of London and with its newly created office spaces currently home to many finance companies. The site sits within easy reach of local, national, and international transport links.
Having undergone redevelopment work which involved retention of the existing fronting onto King Williams Street and partial demolition of the rear structure which was rebuilt to provide suitable office space.
As part of the construction a new BMS system was required. This is where Syscom were called upon to complete plantroom, category “A” and category “B” fitouts of the building. This involved high level integrations to chillers, lighting, and meter s. The fitout included installing 500 new FCU controls which were integrated to a Tridium system via BACnet. A e-sight energy management system was also installed.
