In recent years, the office buildings on Cabot Square in Canary Wharf have seen major redevelopments. 25 Cabot Square originally built in 1991 is a 17-floor office building occupied by Morgan Stanley after moving out of 20 Cabot Square. As part of these redevelopments the building required a BMS upgrade.

This is where Syscom were called upon to complete major floor and plant refurbishments. The project spanned across 15 floors of terminal units with each floor containing its own AHU plant consisting of two to four AHU’s. The BMS controllers were upgraded from the old Siemens AS1000/ASI to PXC/RXC controls and integrated into the existing Desigo system. The required outcome was for the occupied building to be able to maintain comfort conditions for all occupants and meet critical control conditions within the property.
